Dear Sisters and Brothers in
Christ,
Prayerful greetings from the
approximately 4,500 parishioners and the entire Parish Staff of Holy Name
Parish in Ebensburg, Pennsylvania.
The history of this venerable
parish is rapidly approaching a bicentennial milestone. Growth of this
parish family remains a reality since its earliest years.
Many generations have left us
with a remarkable legacy. We truly have been and are "God's People
Serving Others," including reaching out to Twin Parish friends in
Pandiassou, Haiti. Holy Name Parish is Eucharistically centered,
practicing more than thirty years of monthly adoration before the Exposed
Blessed Sacrament. This generation is contributing significantly to the
renowned legacy of this Cambria County seat parish.
The Catholics of Ebensburg, PA
identify with a strong community of faith. United in faith, they are
woven into a rich fabric of all, universally, who hold and teach the message
of Jesus Christ and the Sacred Traditions of the Roman Catholic Church.
With personal prayers and
blessings, I remain,
Yours in His Most Holy Name,
Msgr. Arnold L. Gaus
