The very first Holy Name "Father - Daughter Dance",
hosted by the Youth Activities Committee,
was held on Saturday, April 26. And what a raging success it was!
The festivities were enjoyed by 57 dads and 70 daughters (of
all ages). Music was provided by "Music Infinity", and following the
blessing by Msgr. Gaus, a hearty meal of Italian Village Pizza gave everybody
the energy they needed to dance the night away. Prizes included gift
baskets donated by the Keim, McMullen and Ley families. And professional
photos were taken of each dad/daughter combination and were presented to
participants before the evening was done.
Much thanks goes to Pam Ley along with committee members Yinsi
Gittings, Jackie Hajjar, Maria Lauer, Lisa Swope, Adam Walker, Darlene Walker,
Sarah Zearing, Lori Ates and Alexis Tomacruz for making the evening memorable. |
